• Provide advice and support to managers and employees on ER matters, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases. • Assist in developing and maintaining ER policies, procedures, and toolkits that empower managers. • Deliver training sessions and coaching to managers to build confidence in handling ER issues. • Monitor ER case trends and provide regular reporting for the People Team. • Keep up to date with employment legislation and support implementation of required changes. • Use data insights to identify risk areas and recommend improvements to employee experience. • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and compliance across all ER activities.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application. • Experience managing ER cases, including performance and disciplinary matters. • Exposure to data-driven ER reporting and analysis. • Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels. • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement in sensitive situations. • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Experience in a regulated or high-growth environment. • Knowledge of EU employment law and its practical application.
