📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for the DACH region. • Design practical solutions that help farmers make informed, evidence-based decisions. • Strengthen customer relationships through agronomic expertise and a deep understanding of agricultural needs. • Conduct thorough market analyses and research to support strategic business planning. • Develop targeted strategies to acquire new customers and nurture and grow existing client relationships. • Build and lead high-performing teams to develop innovative solutions and continuously optimize existing services that deliver real value to our customers. • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Systematically track, analyze, and evaluate commercial performance against defined KPIs. • Responsible for budget planning, cost control, and achieving financial targets.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Agricultural Sciences or a related field. • Several years of experience in the agricultural sector and a strong, reliable network within the industry. • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong hands-on approach and a "lead by example" leadership style. • High interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and a strong aptitude for professional customer management. • Solid knowledge of market analysis and experience working with relevant commercial metrics and KPIs. • Proven practical experience in reporting, budget planning, and financial control. • Excellent communication and presentation skills – German at C2 level; business-fluent (negotiation-level) English, spoken and written. • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany.
