β’ Understand the clientβs event objectives and manage end-to-end execution via the Eventogy platform β’ Build and maintain event websites tailored to each project β’ Oversee attendee registration and communications through our integrated CRM tools β’ Configure and manage live event engagement tools including polling, Q&A, messaging walls, and push notifications β’ Produce detailed and customised reports using the Eventogy analytics suite β’ Provide responsive, hands-on technical support and troubleshooting throughout the event lifecycle β’ Ensure the seamless delivery of all client events, exceeding expectations where possible
β’ Previous experience with event management software or similarly complex platforms β’ Excellent technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools and solve problems independently β’ Strong interpersonal and client service skills; capable of building and maintaining trusted relationships β’ Proven ability to analyse data and produce custom reports β’ Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills β’ Excellent written and verbal communication β’ Experience in event management is desirable but not essential β’ Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects concurrently β’ Flexibility to work shift hours aligned to stakeholders across EU and US time zones
