📋 Description

• End-to-end sales cycle management – from lead generation and product demos to contract negotiations and successful closing. • Consultative & solution selling – You analyze individual customer challenges and develop tailored, value-driven solutions related to mobility and smart parking. • Multi-threaded sales – You lead complex sales processes across multiple decision-makers and secure internal champions. • Management of long sales cycles – You drive structured, strategic sales processes with focus and persistence. • Executive-level relationship building – You establish trusted customer relationships and persuade with a confident, consultative, and professional manner. • Cross-functional collaboration – You work closely with our product and marketing teams on developing new product strategies, continuously optimizing our product, and tailoring marketing campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solutions sales with enterprise or mid-market customers. • Alternatively, 2–3 years’ experience in a management consulting role focused on strategy, digitalization, or sales. • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, ideally in an enterprise environment. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with an analytical, structured way of working. • Confident use of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, to efficiently manage your pipeline and drive decisions based on data. • Self-starter with drive and high intrinsic motivation – you want to push things forward and take ownership. • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
