📋 Description

• Travel to venues around the country for event installations and support • Install and strike systems for events • Train venue staff and event-day operators • Provide go-live support for events • Conduct site surveys and pre-event planning • Certify and train partners as needed • Collaborate with venue operators and security personnel • Handle event logistics and equipment allocation • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events • Create a positive customer experience • Maintain professional certifications across Evolv Express systems • Lift and position proprietary equipment safely • Participate in pre-event and presales tasks • Develop and execute deployment plans • Continuously improve event processes and standards
