📋 Description

• Monitor the end-to-end journey of priority parcels using daily data • Identify parcels at risk of missing SLA or non-delivery • Resolve in-day operational issues and escalate issues to appropriate teams • Proactively contact couriers and contractors to resolve delivery issues • Work with Depot, Delivery Unit, Operations and contractor teams to recover volume and maintain Day 1 SLA performance • Provide regular MI and visibility of priority parcel performance • Support priority clients and ensure fresh food parcels receive additional focus • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, Commercial Managers and clients • Improve customer satisfaction and client performance by increasing successful Day 1 deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills across different channels • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools • Confidence using Excel for basic data manipulation • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset
