📋 Description

• Distribute hourly, daily and weekly OOH MI reports internally and to external suppliers • Use performance data and in-day KPIs to identify issues and resolve them directly with providers where possible • Work proactively with suppliers and drivers to resolve in-day operational issues • Escalate issues through appropriate operational teams when intervention or additional support is required • Maintain live action trackers to identify and monitor root causes throughout the week • Investigate individual shop or locker problems, driver compliance, capacity challenges and route planning opportunities • Work closely with third-party suppliers to maintain and improve operational performance • Support seven-day working as ASDA Click & Collect volumes are introduced • Maximise Day 1 delivery success and track actions through to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills across a range of channels • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools • Confidence using Excel for data entry and basic data manipulation • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues • Ability to build effective working relationships with third-party suppliers and drivers
