• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4–7 years in SaaS account management or growth sales) • 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce.com or similar) • Demonstrated success in SaaS growth, renewals, and expansion within enterprise or mid-market accounts • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with multiple executive stakeholders • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
