• Drive results through high-volume prospecting activities via phone and email • Plan and manage new client outreach campaigns • Develop call and messaging scripts for client prospecting • Evaluate potential customers to determine how products can best serve them • Develop proposals and conduct client sales presentations • Negotiate and close new business agreements • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, contracts, and activities • Work with EWS / Cora team on marketing initiatives • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Warehousing industry • Proven track record of success in high volume business development activities • Strong record of success in sales, business development, and new business acquisition • Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through effective lead generation • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities • Exceptional interpersonal skills—able to build genuine connections from skilled labor to C-suite executives • Clear and confident verbal and written communication • Socially adept, flexible, and hands-on • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic with a high attention to detail
