📋 Description

• Report to the Director Customer Experience Engineering and lead development of Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) customer experiences using NLP and ML • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable software systems using Groovy, Python, and Java • Collaborate with product managers and internal customers to define and implement IVA features to increase containment and consumer satisfaction • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, including testing and documentation • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and promote a collaborative team environment • Oversee and optimize the performance and responsiveness of IVA applications • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure stability and reliability • Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed features, configurations, and systems • Participate in on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant product or engineering experience • Proficiency in Groovy and Python • Experience in Java • In-depth understanding of AWS technologies such as DynamoDB and Lambda • Experience with tools like Git, Insomnia, VS Code, and Co-Polit • Experience managing large-scale projects and making data-driven decisions • Leadership experience to lead and inspire a team • Participation in an on-call rotation is required • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI • Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design • Knowledge of security best practices and tools for secure software development
