📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable creative and marketing strategies • Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver projects on time and on brand • Assist in developing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations • Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency • Identify opportunities for client growth and upselling of additional services • Maintain accurate client information and reporting in the CRM (Keap)

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (agency experience preferred) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines with a detail-oriented mindset • Familiarity with marketing, creative services, or fitness/wellness industries is a plus • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
