📋 Description

• Direct alliance teams interested in participating in investment programs • Manage approvals across GCO, Independence, and Alliance Leadership • Oversee execution of investment programs in accordance with EY Policy • Coordinate with regions and countries leveraging existing programs • Ensure proper contracts and financial mechanisms are in place to intake and use funds • Oversee GDS resources providing reporting and transaction-level support • Keep the Ecosystem Tool accurate and up to date • Coordinate with Independence on transaction-level compliance reviews • Promote the benefits of investment programs to enable appropriate usage across EY • Establish new programs and extend existing programs into new countries and regions • Monitor approved program activity to minimize associated risk • Coordinate virtually with global team members and travel as required

• Able to manage multiple activities across contract management, financial management, governance oversight, and operational support • Strong relationship-building skills • Highly organized • Experience in alliance management or consulting services for a technology or professional services company • Experience in alliance investment or incentive programs • Strong networking and influence-management skills • Ability to drive actions to outcomes across organizational boundaries • Highly credible communicator • Excellent organization and project management skills • Basic understanding of the technology and business benefits of alliance and ecosystem relationships • Able to work independently while communicating progress and challenges • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Ability to multitask across multiple projects • Adaptability when working with different personalities, cultures, and working styles • Willingness to travel
