📋 Description

• Partner with the Audiology Leadership Team to drive business performance • Support strategic investment decisions and long-term growth ambitions across the UK and ROI • Lead a team of five finance professionals • Provide commercial insight, challenge and direction across the business • Shape business strategy • Lead planning and forecasting processes • Support major transformation programmes • Translate financial performance into clear actions and outcomes • Influence senior leadership decisions • Drive change in a complex environment • Travel across the UK when required to meet colleagues and store Partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced commercial finance leader • Qualified accountant • Significant post-qualification experience • Proven track record operating at Head of Finance level • Ideally experience within a large-scale retail or consumer-facing business • Strong commercial acumen • Experience leading high-performing finance teams • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders • Ability to drive change in a complex environment • Ability to travel across the UK when required
