📋 Description

• Develop and execute Databricks alliance partner program strategy • Gain access to Databricks-level alliance programs and deploy them globally • Drive local activation and compliance • Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and metrics • Activate new countries and super regions globally with proper approvals and governance • Support business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts • Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements • Contribute content, knowledge sharing, and market insights to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network • Coordinate alliance program objectives with Global Alliance Leadership, partner-organization counterparts, and EY delivery practices • Coordinate regularly with global team members and undertake some travel

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple activities and provide enablement across relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support • Strong relationship-building skills and high organization • Understanding of Databricks technology and the business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions • Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company • Evidence of success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Strong networking and influence-management skills • Ability to drive actions to outcomes across organizational boundaries • Highly credible communication skills • Excellent organization and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Self-starter able to work independently • Ability to communicate progress and challenges with the team • Comfort escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures, and working styles
