📋 Description

• Execute the ServiceNow European alliance strategy and objectives • Facilitate senior ServiceNow relationships and program management for strategic initiatives and European geographic governance • Drive disciplined governance and accountability across service lines, practices, sectors, accounts, regions, and ServiceNow counterparts • Execute ServiceNow business reviews and provide insights to European alliance executives • Drive local Super Region activation and compliance with ServiceNow partner programs • Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting • Activate new countries and regions with appropriate governance, business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts • Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements • Collaborate with enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communication teams on European marketing messaging and materials • Collaborate with local alliance and BMC executives to execute local alliance marketing activities • Contribute content, knowledge sharing, and market insights to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network • Coordinate with ServiceNow Global and Regional Alliance Leadership, ServiceNow counterparts, EY’s ServiceNow alliance practice, and account executives • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple activities across relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support • Strong relationship-building skills and highly organized approach • Understanding of ServiceNow technology and the business benefits of relevant ServiceNow products and solutions • Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company • Proven success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Strong networking and influence-management skills across organizational boundaries • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Ability to work independently while communicating progress and challenges • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt approach when working with people of different personalities, cultures, and working styles
