📋 Description

• Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategic and financial decision-making • Perform financial analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives within the Ophthalmology business unit • Develop, maintain, and enhance budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans using forward-looking financial models • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers, translating findings into actionable recommendations • Review monthly KPIs and financial results versus forecast, delivering variance analysis and insights • Partner with accounting to interpret financial results and connect outcomes to underlying business performance • Support monthly business unit review presentations and communicate financial insights to senior leadership • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis related to the ophthalmology segment, including de novo initiatives, refinancing scenarios, and strategic modeling • Travel once per month to rotating leadership meeting locations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to execute with precision, polish and persistence • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including comfort with large datasets • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; capable of simplifying complex analyses • Experience in healthcare services or multi-site operations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field • 1+ years of work experience in healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or operations analytics • Advanced Excel and Power BI • Ability to travel once per month to rotating leadership meeting locations • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 50+ pounds
