📋 Description

• Deliver Fairmarkit technical configurations and solutions for customers • Participate in the full implementation lifecycle from sales handoff through technical discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization • Facilitate discovery and requirements analysis sessions • Document technical requirements, integration designs, data flows, field mappings, business rules, and acceptance criteria • Design RESTful API integrations, including authentication, JSON payloads, data transformations, and error handling • Configure workflows, intake forms, templates, routing rules, reference data, user roles, and permissions • Define and validate JSON Schema • Support SAML-based SSO configuration with customer IT and security teams • Review, assess, prepare, and validate customer onboarding data • Support integration testing and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and communicate product gaps • Manage customer expectations, technical risks, dependencies, scope, and delivery impacts • Document implementation progress, technical flow diagrams, design decisions, and time reporting • Track and report technical delivery milestones and project metrics • Support production readiness, technical cutover, and post-go-live stabilization • Handoff implementation details and outstanding support considerations to Customer Success and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations, including technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON Schema, authentication methods, data mapping, and integration patterns • Experience configuring and troubleshooting SSO using SAML • Strong technical troubleshooting and data analysis skills • Ability to translate customer goals into feasible technical solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills with business and technical stakeholders • Effective collaboration across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage technical deliverables across multiple customer implementations • Familiarity with Agile development practices • Proficiency in Python, particularly pandas for data analysis and transformation, is desirable • Familiarity with matplotlib is a plus
