📋 Description

• Generate new business through self-generated leads, referrals, networking, and relationship building • Develop referral partnerships with loan officers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and some Commercial insurance products • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong communication • Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines • Use EZLynx management/rating system and CRM tools to manage prospects and sales activity

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Arizona P&C Agent preferred • Open to elite sales professionals willing to obtain licensing • Strong closer with proven sales ability • Excellent phone and communication skills • High follow-up and fast response time mentality • Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely • Relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys helping people • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
