It serves as an unofficial informational resource presenting regulatory information from various government agencies in an XML format. The platform aims to enhance user understanding of the Federal Register and improve the accessibility of federal documents, aiming for official legal status as granted by the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register (ACFR) in the future.

📋 Description

• Serve as an internal point of contact for customer and sales inquiries about product information, pricing, availability, shipments, and returns • Communicate with customers, Account Managers, and sales leadership to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution • Provide order status updates and proactively communicate lead times, shipment details, and potential delays • Generate accurate quotes with correct pricing, availability, and lead-time information • Follow up on quotes and open opportunities to support conversion • Enter customer orders and maintain accurate CRM and ERP records • Set up new customer accounts in internal systems • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve pricing, availability, and shipment issues • Escalate complex product, pricing, and delivery concerns to internal stakeholders • Support resolution paths that minimize disruption and maintain customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer support or sales support experience in a B2B industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment • Working knowledge of quote-to-order and order management processes • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and internal communication tools • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Clear, professional communication skills • Confidence collaborating cross-functionally and engaging external partners
