📋 Description

• Drive growth of the Automotive product segment within an assigned territory focused on business expansion. • Acquire new customers and increase sales of existing accounts with emphasis on proprietary Automotive Films (color change, AWF, PPF, PCC). • Serve as a subject matter expert in the Automotive Segment and identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities. • Collaborate with Sign and Graphics BDMs to support cross-division growth initiatives. • Execute a disciplined business development strategy from prospecting through close and post-sale follow-up. • Use field visits and strategic phone outreach to drive sales, prioritize opportunities, and optimize territory coverage. • Consistently apply the Fellers Sales System including time and travel management, structured sales calls, Salesforce usage, and timely reporting. • Deliver in-person presentations to installers, wrappers, tint shops, body shops, auto detailers, and printers. • Identify new customer opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events and nurture leads through the sales funnel. • Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals communicating product value and differentiation. • Manage pricing and margin strategies to maintain profitability. • Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and uncover growth opportunities. • Represent the company at regional and national trade shows as needed. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams; negotiate and close deals. • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Training, and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent is required. • 5+ years of experience in a business development or related sales role. • Proven track record of successful new business development. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with Salesforce a plus. • Proficiency with CRM systems required. • Must physically live within assigned geography (AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, NC, SC). • Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, driven & self-motivated. • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written). • Strong relationship builder. • Ability to multi-task, work remotely and independently. • Ability to manage time efficiently. • Proficiency with using a PC and with Microsoft Windows based programs.
