• Support and advise our travel agency partners on a personal level. • Represent the company and present our tourism offerings. • Support the growth of our existing agency contacts. • Increase brand presence in travel agencies to improve visibility. • Expand and develop our travel agency distribution network. • Organize and conduct presentations, training sessions, familiarization trips and events. • Assist our travel agency partners in implementing sales promotion activities. • Actively monitor the market and carry out market analyses.
• Completed training in tourism, e.g., as a travel agent (m/f/d). • Experience in travel sales or field sales. • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting. • Willingness and flexibility to travel, including familiarization trips and attendance at conferences and trade fairs. • Ability to work independently, reliably and in a structured way. • Open, empathetic and committed personality. • Residence in the region.
