📋 Description

• Lead multiple, complex external customer implementations and ensure contracted project deliverables are completed timely with customer satisfaction • Achieve revenue targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates and meeting forecasted completion dates • Escalate issues as needed to keep projects on track • Set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, issues, and risks • Establish, socialize, manage, and maintain project plans • Collaborate with various teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed timely • Identify issues and risks and facilitate appropriate resources to resolve them • Set go-to-green plans as needed • Provide weekly status reporting to customers, management team, and internal staff • Facilitate smooth transitions between teams for a holistic customer experience • Remain knowledgeable of changes in information technology, healthcare, and revenue management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field • 5+ Years of Project Management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional business acumen • Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision • Demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects in a matrix environment • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output • Developed skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook • Travel up to 10%
