📋 Description

• Support a caseload of Level 3, 4, and 7 accountancy apprentices working for major practice and industry clients • Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers • Guide learner development through apprenticeship programmes using the bespoke e-portfolio system • Give non-technical feedback on portfolio submissions • Monitor learner progression across the knowledge, skills, and behaviours of apprenticeship standards • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment • Keep records and relevant trackers up to date • Develop in additional areas while contributing to the team and wider network

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to inspire, influence and motivate, with an enthusiasm for learning • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills • Confident and professional, as you will be representing the brand to clients and apprentices • Exceptional organisational and time management skills • Ability to manage own workload • Microsoft literate, including Excel and Outlook • Accountancy background or knowledge (desired) • Apprenticeship experience (desired) • Successful candidates must complete a DBS check; some roles require an Enhanced check • Commitment to safeguarding and protecting young people and vulnerable adults • Adherence to the Safeguarding and Prevent Policy
