• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with private EMS customers within assigned territory • Build & maintain a high-performance sale pipeline, manage efficient & professional sales cycles and close contracts • Lead discovery with agencies on their needs and present innovative new strategies • Collaborate with system integrators, channel partners, and internal teams to support customer success and growth • Travel to customer site and attend trade shows • Stay current on public safety trends, technologies, software ecosystems, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscape, funding sources and procurement processes • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and provide regular updates on account status, forecasts, and competitive insights
