📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability • Drive succession planning initiatives and career development opportunities • Oversee the product line P&L, financial targets, profitability, margin, and return on sales • Develop and execute comprehensive product line strategy aligned with business objectives • Lead mergers and acquisitions initiatives, including due diligence and integration planning • Drive product portfolio expansion for Modular Datacenter Infrastructure products • Pursue market share leadership through organic and inorganic growth • Lead R&D and establish the company as a market subject matter expert • Work across Flex business units to position Flex as an industry leader • Foster operational excellence, sustainability, and compliance with IEC and UL standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of management experience • Electrical product experience • Proven track record in P&L management and strategic planning • Strong understanding of market dynamics, M&A processes, and industry standards (NEMA/IEC) • Experience in sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies • Direct leadership experience, communication, and interpersonal skills • Hyperscale and Colocation market knowledge preferred • No visa sponsorship available
