β€’ Flex is building a finance super app for business owners β€” reimagining every single aspect of the financial workflow and financial services for any entrepreneur. β€’ The company has grown revenue 25x+ since publicly launching in September 2023 and is on track to achieve profitability by early 2025. β€’ Flex is focused on mid-market businesses ($3 - $100M revenue) that are largely overlooked by existing fintech solutions and reliant on slow and outdated regional banks. β€’ We are targeting a ~$1T revenue opportunity that is largely up for grabs. β€’ Flex is a fully remote company and this role can be performed from anywhere. β€’ Flex is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team and drive our growth. β€’ Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. β€’ Engaging with & building relationships with potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. β€’ The Business Development Representative will have the opportunity to master the fundamentals of sales and contribute to the expansion of our user base.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in a customer-focused or sales-related role within a high-growth environment. β€’ Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying leads. β€’ A passion for developing and fostering relationships, enjoying meaningful interpersonal interactions. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail. β€’ An overachiever who never quits, never takes no for an answer, and consistently succeeds in all endeavors. β€’ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and take on various roles as needed. β€’ A strong enthusiasm for the FinTech/startup space, with a keen interest in industry trends and developments. β€’ A degree in business or a related field is a plus.
