⢠Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and proactive risk mitigation. ⢠Identify opportunities to expand customer usage of our iPaaS platform, positioning additional integrations and services. ⢠Develop customer advocates and secure referenceable clients through success stories, case studies, and participation in marketing initiatives. ⢠Build strategic account plans to align customer objectives with our integration roadmap. ⢠Partner with Product and Sales teams to bring customer insights back into the business and influence roadmap decisions. ⢠Measure and communicate the business impact of our integrations to stakeholders, showing clear ROI. ⢠Serve as the primary post-sale contact, building long-term partnerships with HR, IT, and Finance leaders.
⢠3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS / HR Tech. ⢠Strong track record managing renewals and driving upsells within existing customer accounts. ⢠Experience building executive-level relationships and securing customer references. ⢠Understanding of HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, etc.) and the challenges of HR data integration. ⢠Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce. ⢠Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills. ⢠Data-driven mindset with ability to articulate business outcomes and ROI. ⢠Excellent communication in French and English.
