📋 Description
• Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects • Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call • Utilize fundraising call structure and appropriate phrases as required • Demonstrate exceptional customer service during calls • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior • Stay focused on the project and prepare for each call
🎯 Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age • Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday • Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection • Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace • Must pass a background check • Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience preferred

• Paid Training (weeks 1-3) at $11 per hour • Base wage of $16 per hour after training • Bonus potential up to $20 per hour • Retention bonus of $250 after 4 weeks based on performance • Retention bonus of $500 after 7 weeks based on performance • Referral bonus program • Health insurance with Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance • Disability insurance • Retirement plan with matching contribution • Paid time off
