📋 Description

• Flywheel is seeking an Account Executive, Life Sciences Sales to drive revenue by addressing the unique challenges of imaging related research data management, AI workflows, and clinical trial processes in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and medical technology companies. • As an Account Executive at Flywheel, you'll take the lead in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector, with a particular emphasis on managing and growing the company's largest customer relationships. • With your deep industry experience, you'll help our clients revolutionize their medical imaging and AI development capabilities using our transformational data management platform, workflows and solutions. • Work closely with a growing team of Scientists, Engineers and business stakeholders in the Commercial team. • Our team works in an integrated manner, pulling together early marketing activities for lead generation and processing, sales operations for funnel tracking, Technical Sales for pre-sales and post-sales support, partnering with leading CSPs and others, along with a talented direct sales support team. • Your responsibilities will include primarily focus on customer expansion with a secondary focus on acquisition. • We work as a team, but we value personal initiative. As an Account Executive, you will often lead team activities on your accounts but will be expected to work solo as well.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, specifically selling into the Life Science sector, with knowledge of AI development groups • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals • Highly energetic and an entrepreneurial spirit • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate complex technological concepts • Demonstrated ability to operate within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experienced in using SalesForce or other CRM • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Experience selling into Life Science R&D and IT organizations required • Medical imaging experience preferred
