📋 Description

• Handle a broad mix of 1st and 2nd line support requests • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across desktop hardware and software • Work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and other modern workplace technologies • Communicate clearly with users of varying technical confidence

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience supporting desktop and end-user technologies • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) • Excellent troubleshooting skills — you can diagnose root causes, not just apply quick fixes • The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively in a busy environment • A calm, helpful approach and a genuine desire to deliver great service
