• Manage a team of 4-5 engineers on quality and timeliness of software • Conduct regular one-on-ones and quarterly reviews with team members • Spend 20-30% of time coding, 40-50% on technical leadership, and 20-40% on managerial duties • Mentor junior engineers and provide hands-on support • Collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1-2+ years of management experience managing engineers on a small team • Ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback • Working understanding of Typescript, React.js, GraphQL, and Node.js • Familiarity with AWS for deployment • Experience with modern development tools and practices
