• Own day-to-day operations of our HR tech stack (Rippling, Ashby, Pave, Remote, Bennie, Sterling, Confluence) • Serve as the first line of support for employee questions—fast, friendly, and accurate • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that eliminate manual work and elevate the employee experience • Generate reports and insights across compensation, headcount, compliance, and audits • Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery • Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and support lifecycle workflows (offers, terminations, documentation) • Audit and optimize system workflows; drive automation that scales with the business • Support People projects and programs—from engagement to performance to total rewards
• 3+ years in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles • Hands-on experience with Rippling (required); familiarity with Ashby and other HR tech a plus • Proven ability to manage high-volume requests with clarity and composure • Experience designing or improving workflows using automation or AI • A data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and follow-through—*you close the loop* • Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving fast without losing accuracy
