📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets • Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance • Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records • Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets • Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry • A passion for cycling • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
