β’ Provide valuable information and communication to wholesale partners β’ Responsible for supporting key accounts β’ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively eradicate issues and ensure timely flow of goods β’ Send order acknowledgements through to the BD team & wholesale partners β’ Maintain sales orders, redating, cancelling styles/orders, and deleting withdrawn styles β’ Enter all orders onto the system accurately β’ Validate customer ASNβs against the original sales order β’ Update orders with new address and price details β’ Send customers order reports to give visibility of outstanding orders β’ Liaise with customers and departments to resolve queries β’ Maintain relationships with customers and markets by email, phone, video meetings and reporting β’ Understand stock allocation to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations β’ Liaise with Logistics, Planning and Production regarding customerβs specific requirements
β’ Good working knowledge of different markets, shipping procedures & retail quarters & functions β’ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship development with internal and external stakeholders β’ Effective and pro-active problem solver β’ Ability to prioritise tasks and be self-organised β’ Excellent attention to detail β’ Experience in Microsoft products, including Excel β’ Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player β’ Previous experience within the wholesale / logistical environment advantageous
