• Responsible for the end-to-end administration of employee leave and accommodation cases • Manage all aspects of the leave lifecycle from intake through return to work • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Administer company leave programs and assist with claims for short-term and long-term disability • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to peers and employees • Track and manage various leave cases including intermittent, continuous, and accommodation-related leaves • Facilitate the ADA and PWFA interactive process and guide business leaders on responsibilities under the law • Provide clear guidance to employees regarding rights, responsibilities, and required documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering FMLA and ADA leave cases • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws • Experience managing full lifecycle leave cases independently • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and documentation skills • Exceptional attention to detail.
