📋 Description

‱ Drive growth in Freepik's B2B expansion across the EMEA markets in different verticals. ‱ Own the entire sales cycle (inbound & outbound): evaluate customer needs, pitch qualified prospects, make commercial propositions, negotiate and close deals. ‱ Organize prospecting in coordination with SDR & CSR based on sales development strategy and company priorities. ‱ Establish Freepik as category-defining AI creative platform; build and nurture senior executive relationships. ‱ Hunt, prospect, and break into new accounts; develop tailored account strategies and execute high-impact outreach. ‱ Drive new business and revenue growth by pitching, demonstrating ROI, and closing Freepik Enterprise solutions with large organizations. ‱ Lead client engagement across full sales cycle from initial presentation and technical evaluation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding. ‱ Negotiate and close deals, hand over ready-to-activate clients to Customer Success. ‱ Meet and exceed revenue and ARR targets. ‱ Maintain CRM up to date, monitor and report sales activities and performance. ‱ Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, IT, Finance) and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. ‱ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Freepik’s platform, industry trends, and competitor landscape; respond to RFPs and technical inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven hunter with 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (AE role). ‱ Track record of building new business and breaking into enterprise accounts. ‱ Passion for technology, AI and digital transformation. ‱ Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills. ‱ Ability to position technology platforms as strategic solutions. ‱ Fluent in English (C1+); other languages (German, Spanish) are a plus. ‱ Bonus: Experience selling into marketing agencies or B2C marketing teams. ‱ Bonus: Experience in Film Industry, Gaming, Marketing agencies and B2C marketing departments. ‱ Knowledge of GenAI / LLMs and the competitive AI ecosystem. ‱ Training in consultative or challenger sales methodologies.
