• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales/CS Operations leadership role. • Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment in a high-growth SaaS or B2B organization. • Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs, with the ability to translate business needs into BI solutions. • Experience with SaaS or subscription based business models, as well as PLG or e-commerce.
