📋 Description

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the customer-facing "Apply" user experience, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and delivers measurable value to customers • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and synthesising user research, data, and stakeholder feedback to create and prioritise the team's product backlog • Drive the "Apply" Scrum team's work, providing clear direction and setting priorities to ensure they are focused on the most impactful features and improvements. This includes being aware of both non-functional and tech strategy goals • Serve as the primary point of contact between the "Apply" Scrum team and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency on product development and progress • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features in the Apply domain, using data to inform future iterations and strategic decisions • Awareness of cross-team/domain dependencies and taking steps to expand your knowledge and network to stay ahead of these as you plan your roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• A genuine passion for understanding user needs and pain points, and you are relentless in advocating for the best possible customer experience • Adept at breaking down complex problems into clear, manageable parts and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Ability to articulate a product vision to diverse audiences, from Engineers to senior stakeholders, and you excel at building consensus without formal authority • Experience working with and motivating an autonomous Agile engineering team, fostering a culture of trust, and celebrating shared successes • Comfortable with data and analytics (including using tools like SQL/Python/Gen-AI to be autonomous), using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform your product decisions and validate success • Able to take ownership of redesigning departmental workflows, using AI to automate complex tasks and drive operational efficiency • Competently able to Identify high-impact AI use cases and implement advanced prompting techniques to solve multi-layered business challenges.
