📋 Description

• Act as trusted first point of contact for customers, guiding them through consultations and coordinating installations • Support customer consultations for EV chargers, solar panels, heat pumps, and other energy solutions • Organise and follow up on customer appointments, ensuring smooth communication and accurate record-keeping • Work with operations and technical teams to keep customers informed throughout the installation process • Capture customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and services • Identify new sales opportunities and markets to expand Fuse’s presence across the UK • Build product knowledge, follow company sales processes, and contribute to team targets while developing toward a more senior sales role

🎯 Requirements

• Prior sales experience, ideally with private customers • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust and answer customer questions • Interest in energy solutions and willingness to learn how to explain technical products in a simple, customer-friendly way • Strong level of spoken and written English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
