📋 Description

• Provide real-time inbound/outbound support and direction to Field Engineers, Customers, Partners, and 3rd Party Vendors for installation of Fusion’s products and services • Support Project Managers with technical consultations and solution validation for SD-WAN, VoIP, Cloud, Managed Security, and Wireless products • Participate in project calls to capture advanced technical requirements for service configuration and implementation project planning • Configure and diagnose Fusion-supported products and equipment, including Meraki, Velo, Fortigate, EdgeMarc, Adtran, Cisco, Polycom, and BroadSoft • Perform service and device provisioning • Assist with diagnostics and support for access products including Ethernet, T1, DSL, Cable, and Wireless broadband • Partner with Engineering to design and test solutions to problems and bugs

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of VoIP (Hosted and Trunking), SD-WAN/MPLS, and Managed Security • Demonstrated ability to understand complex network designs • Ability to run scripts in C shell in a Unix environment • Strong analytical skill and attention to detail • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Quick learner with self-initiative and pride in end results • Superb work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction • Flexible availability to cover shifts ranging from 7am ET to 6pm PT • Availability for on-call rotations for nights and weekends • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience, certifications, or training • 3+ years of related experience required
