• 4–7 years of hands-on lifecycle experience • Proficiency in Customer.io: you can build complex campaigns, workflows, and segmentation logic from scratch • Experience in B2B or in a complex multi-stage customer lifecycle business • Commercially wired: care about pipeline, conversion, and revenue • Comfortable operating without a fully-formed playbook and can make good decisions under ambiguity • Know how to design a clean experiment, read results, and turn them into clear next actions • Write well and take care with messaging
