📋 Description

• Build and manage sophisticated, multi-channel automated journeys. • Identify manual bottlenecks and implement AI-assisted workflows. • Dive deep into CRM tools to find optimization opportunities. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align workstreams. • Own the performance of your campaigns and monitor health metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM or marketing automation. • Experience with CRM tools like Braze. • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data. • Familiarity with API triggers and automated workflows. • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or SQL. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
