📋 Description

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs • Assist in modifying company products and customer/internal systems to meet client and end-user needs • Gather system information, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation for changing existing programs • Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements under periodic supervision • Design programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs • Write specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity • Assist in resolving production support problems and suggest alternative solutions • Develop test plans to verify the logic of new or modified programs and identify issues • Create program code and technical documentation • Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews • Research industry technical trends and new developments to maintain current skills and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of application development and programming experience using C, Linux, SQL, and job scheduling/scripts • 3+ years of experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including batch processing, log review, and production support • Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and SQL for troubleshooting, data analysis, and issue resolution • Ability to troubleshoot applications, interfaces, and data flows while supporting testing and system validation activities • Experience with Medicaid/MMIS systems, particularly eligibility processes and workflows, is preferred • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
