📋 Description

• manages end-to-end product and engineering delivery • leads the evolution of product management and engineering best practices • oversees enhancement, design, pricing, and lifecycle management of products and services • partners with customers, stakeholders, and development teams • drives secure development practices across the lifecycle • identifies opportunities to leverage AI/ML • manages client expectations and balances organizational and customer priorities • maintains revenue forecasts • builds and leads high-performing engineering teams • oversees operating and personnel budgets

🎯 Requirements

• 9 or more years of proven experience in Engineering Leadership • technical expertise in AWS Cloud Platforms, Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices, APIs, CI CD practices, DevOps, and Infrastructure as code • strong foundation in .NET Development • solid understanding of Distributed Systems • hands-on experience Implementing Secure Development Practices, application Security Testing, Vulnerability Management • experience in Agile and SAFe Environments • strong communication skills • ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, manage performance, and lead effectively through ambiguity
