📋 Description

• Recruitment and hiring of external lecturers, including creation, coordination and sending of framework agreements and teaching contracts • Establishment, development and maintenance of a nationwide pool of lecturers and an interdisciplinary lecturer database • Collection, coordination and structured documentation of lecturers' availability • Planning, organizing and conducting onboarding for new lecturers (e.g., lecturer ID cards, system access, initial briefing) • Maintenance and administration of all lecturer-related data in the Student Information System (e.g., CVs, framework contracts, teaching contracts, supplementary agreements, documents for examination authorization) • Preparation and issuance of certificates and reference letters for adjunct lecturers • Participation in the design, further development and implementation of processes and policies in the area of lecturer management • Active maintenance of lecturer relationships, e.g., by organizing lecturer meetings, semester refreshers and other exchange formats • Support and oversight of the self-billing process in collaboration with relevant interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting external adjunct lecturers or freelance staff • Confident use of databases as well as administrative and CRM systems • Strong organizational skills for planning • Basic knowledge of billing processes • Excellent communication and networking skills • Service-oriented, professional demeanor with high self-organization and reliability • Proactive, structured working style and ability to coordinate across departments • Experience organizing events • Experience in higher education, adult education, or academic environments is a plus • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
