• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for GE Aerospace’s SaaS solutions. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and other aviation industry players. • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value enterprise deals. • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align customer needs with GE’s software offerings. • Drive customer success and retention, ensuring long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities. • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in aviation software. • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets. • Represent GE Aerospace at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings.
• Experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or industrial SaaS. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment. • Strong understanding of aviation operations, data analytics, and digital transformation. • Experience in complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles. • Ability to engage with senior executives and technical stakeholders. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
