📋 Description

• Build and support multi-tenant infrastructure running in multiple global regions, powered by AWS and Kubernetes • Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale for an ever-growing user base and support development of the SaaS product • Work on critical production infrastructure used by thousands of teams • Maintain minimal downtime while making complex infrastructure changes • Build and maintain automation enabling safe, multiple-times-daily product releases • Continuously improve infrastructure security and incident detection and response • Work closely with developers to ensure application and infrastructure changes are rolled out safely and smoothly • Lead initiatives to fortify security measures and protect customer data • Collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers, marketers and salespeople to deliver infrastructure supporting their work • Contribute experience and insight to a collaborative, self-directed team with autonomy over its roadmap and practices

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth practical experience with AWS, including VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3 and EKS • Experience running production-level services in Kubernetes and managing and maintaining clusters • Practical experience automating infrastructure management with Terraform • Experience configuring and running a CI/CD pipeline • Previous experience supporting a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS product at scale • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback • Pragmatic approach, prioritising iteration and delivering value over process and deliberation • Experience with .NET/C# is a great-to-have • Experience working in an agile development team focused on delivering value early is a great-to-have • Experience building observability and alerting into systems is a great-to-have
