📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the West Region President and commercial leadership team • Influence business strategy and drive financial performance • Support regional orders, revenue, EBIT, margin, and cash objectives • Lead financial review and approval processes for pricing actions, strategic deals, and contractual commitments • Partner with sales and service leaders to develop growth strategies and improve commercial execution • Provide financial leadership for Top 200 strategic accounts and Care Alliance partnerships • Drive account-level financial analysis, business case development, contract evaluations, and long-term partnership planning • Structure complex transactions balancing customer value creation with sustainable financial returns • Drive collections, past-due resolution, invoice disputes, credit approvals, and working capital management • Deliver insights on financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities for executive decision-making • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controllership requirements, and commercial governance processes • Drive corrective actions to improve profitability, productivity, cash generation, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, accounting, forecasting, operations finance, or business leadership • OR graduate of GE HealthCare's Financial Management Program with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience • Strong commercial finance acumen with experience supporting sales organizations and large customer accounts • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, deal structuring, contract evaluation, and margin optimization • Strong financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business case development skills • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-making through data-driven insights • Strong understanding of accounting, controllership, and compliance requirements • Ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations • Excellent communication and executive presence • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of GE HealthCare commercial, service, and financial operating processes and systems • Legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
