📋 Description

• Managing sales and relationships with existing and new end user customers, system integrators, technology partners and consultants throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. • Develop the assigned sales territory for company products • Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners • Visit predominantly end user customers/partners/consultants at their premises • Manage forecasts and achieve quotas • Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals • Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers and MRs • Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants • Coordinate end user customer, integrator, consultant training • Update and maintain data in CRM or other applications • Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition • Stay abreast of the products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and a proven track record within the security industry. The ability to comprehend and articulate the Genetec value proposition. • Experience, knowledge and understanding of IP security technologies with a focus on complex software platforms. • Understanding of the project cycle from end user through consultancy, design, delivery through the integrator channel and subsequent support, client engagement and ultimate customer experience. • Previous experience of Genetec deployment would be a distinct advantage. • Competency in partnership development and project management • Well organised and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Excellent writing and synthesis skills • Exceptional interpersonal and social skills. • Excellent in building relationships and representation. • Adaptable and flexible. • Strong autonomy, with a team working focus. • Strong work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond. • English to a business standard
