• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • About 4 to 6 years of total IT experience • Minimum of 4 years of experience with .NET development • 3 years of hands-on SQL Skills • 3 years’ experience in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP and Error Handling • Preferred Skills Healthcare experience • Previous consulting or client services delivery experience • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews • Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise • Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation • Experience in process excellence/modelling, workflow, or flow charting • Experience in Agile environments and methodologies
